It’s an exciting time for the city of Tampa! The first time in football history that a team is playing in a Super Bowl game at their home stadium. This post is about our day at the Tampa Super Bowl LV Experience.
As the city prepares to host this year’s Super Bowl, there’s no shortage of events leading up to Sunday’s game. I was never into watching football until three years ago when I met my boyfriend. This meant that every fall since then, I’m exposed to everything football related more times than I’ve ever been in my life. I’ve come to appreciate the excitement that comes with it.
In an effort to do more things around our city and to join in on the fun, we decided to check out the Super Bowl LV Experience happening in downtown Tampa. The NFL describes it as an “interactive football theme park.” Everyone attending the event must have the NFL One pass app to get in. With our Tampa Bay Buccaneers gears on, we headed to the event. The tickets sold out quickly, but for those who didn’t get tickets, you are still welcome to get in the standby queue. This is what we did, and we were able to get in without waiting.
I loved the energy and the atmosphere at the event! There were so many games that you can participate in and exhibits to check out. You can collect badges through your app in exchange for some goodies.
